Do not use.......happy to take the money but when it comes to paying out it is all about avoidance and small print despite the police report for small theft.
In summary petty, unfriendly and unhelpful. Goodness knows what would have happened with a more serious claim. Our good quality house contents provider - Allianz - covered us for this minor claim under personal possesions. Buy cheap / pay dear.
