I have had a terrible time with this company that sent engineers to do work on my boiler and a year and £500 later it is still not fixed. I had to get CORGI to come and inspect the work who agreed that it was a total bodge job and they are currently having to redo the whole thing or risk being struck off - I hope they do get struck off as they are cowboys and should not be allowed to operate.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'll be switching to British Gas when my contract runs out - I'd rather pay more for people you can trust.
