Review of Fone Safe Mobile Phone Insurance

I insured my upgraded mobile phone on advice of t-mobile stating that Fone Safe's policy was great (in fone safes words). Lost, Stolen, Damaged all sounded really good. I had the misfortune of having my mobile stolen from my workplace office (i work in a retail outlet) on trying to make an honest claim my claim had to be declined as i had left my phone in a public building unattended !!! According to the police the perpertrater had tresspassed as my office is classified as a private area. I appealed to no avail and to this day I have not received a letter stating why my appeal was denied !!!

What does their insurance cover I ask ??
