Currently in dispute with this company.
On the first ever call-out request, I asked for three radiator valves to be replaced. They eventually agreed to attend but wanted to carry out an annual inspection to coincide... great I thought.
The boiler was condemed (17/09/2008) still can't get them to come out to replace the boiler, then they wanted another of their engineers to check the first engineers work. Agreed, but they cancelled twice and nothing heard since. I asked if I could arrange an independent engineer to do the work, guess what?
The terms and conditions have been changed! Can't do that, must be one of their engineers!!!! You must avoid Coverheat at all costs.
