I have been with Argos for a number of years and have made 2 claims in total.
My dog was being treated for 3 months and in the second month of her treatment I renewed my policy with Argos. One month into this renewed policy, she died. Now Argos have deducted 11 months of premiums from the money they should have paid out for my dogs condition. I have therefore to pay the vet for the treatment she had, during which time I was paying Argos their premiums and have paid for a further 11 months even though I no longer have my dog.
