Dreadful customer service. Have had to wait 2-3 weeks for an engineer to call and when they call, they still can't find the problem.

I have been waiting for the dishwasher to be properly repaired for over 4 months now! No sign of customer service from Domestic & General, just arguments. They really do not understand the meaning of customer service, just rudeness.

I will be cancelling my contract with them as soon as I get this dishwasher issue sorted.

This does not come as a surprise I have been waiting 9 months for a repair to be completed. I have had no return calls or reply to my e mails over the last week, and spent a fortune by calling their 0870 number.
