It has taken me five weeks since a simple accident that was not my fault happened.
Not a single person has called me back when they said they would, I am out of pocket on the hire car insurance excess waiver, my car is now late for its MOT. I have no money, no car and no help at all. I have spent hours on the phone to polite but incompetent staff.
The hire car is being taken back tomorrow and I have to find the money to fix my car before I can drive it - provided I get it back at the same time.
YES - they are a joke.
