Yes, it's cheap but the reason it's cheap is because they contract out to incompetent idiots.
Twice in the last 6 months I've had to call them out and twice they've failed to fix the car. They fed me a load of nonsense about what's wrong with it, still left it not running and failed to tow it to a garage as they claim to do in their documentation. Furthermore, the first guy they sent spent more time sexually harassing me than trying to fix the car.
I'm currently pursuing a complaint against them that is probably going to end up in court.
