Do not deal with this company ever... I made the mistake of doing so and have been regretting it for the last 3 months.
They're great at first... they came out ot do the annual service & that was fine. When my boiler started leaking, they sent someone out the next day; he was very polite and told me he needed to order a new part.
And that's where it all went wrong! I didn't hear anything back from them and whenever I called all they did was tell me someone would call back (and they never did). When I asked for the address to complain too, I was given the email address far too readily for my liking.
Unsurprisingly, my complaint received no response other than their automated reply. A second complaint has also elicited no response so far, but I'm not giving up!
I am now cancelling this policy and taking one with a reputable company who may actually fix my boiler.
Please don't take out a policy with CoverHeat... cheap prices mean no service.
