I took out a policy with CPP. When my purse was stolen I reported it and they did all the necessary cancelling of cards. I also got my purse back minus the cash but with all cards (already cancelled) because I had the CPP details in the purse.

I found the service very efficient and helpful and well worth the £30 annual fee. Car keys alone cost around £200 to replace - this really is peace of mind.

Good Points: Peace of mind and better chance of getting lost items back
