We had a breakdown at the coldest point in November which was not considered urgent.
They would not tell us an approx date/time for an engineer to call. No managers/supervisors were available and or willing to make a decision and no one calls you back. The engineers are aware of how bad the company is and told us so. The repairs were confirmed by the engineer in the policy time limit and they had refused the repairs and will not refund anything.
Total lack of communication at all times. We are following this through with the ombudsman. Its going to be long and drawn out - just the way coverheat like it.
