After making a claim with them for my laptop, a resolution was made after over 2 MONTHS which was to replace the item. After which, they have now refused to ever deal with me again or provide me insurance for no reason. The rudest staff I have ever come across.
After contacting the brand company of my laptop, they told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my claim, no reasons to refuse to ever dealing with me.
Unfortunately, I have just come upon the information that I have not been the only one that they have done this to. Im absolutely gutted. To be treated like this has really been an experience I wont be forgetting any time soon.
