Amoeba's could do a better job. We logged a call on Friday 7.30pm. We had no hot water or heating. The boiler had just stopped working.
Despite being classed as an emergency, Sunday at 9am, STILL NOBODY had been assigned and nobody knew when anybody would be assigned. The call centre is rubbish. All they can do is e-mail a 'scheduling team' who then rings the customer once the job is assigned. The terms and conditions say that jobs are assigned withing 24hrs, usually within 2 hours. It has now been nearly 2 days and we still don't know what is going on. DO NOT USE THEM!
