Caution - tried to claim off of them, damage was worth just approx £100. After endless hassle they sent out someone to assess the damage. Chased them after this and kept puttng me off saying it was in progress.

Nearly 3 months later they said they lost my file and had no record of our communication. Thankfully I had kept copies of our communication and needed to take them to court. For just £100?!
