I'm so pleased I've read so many terrible reports about fonesafe. I thought it was me being difficult!
Contracted with Tmobile to Nokia N95 and as expensive to replace decided on insurace sold to me from the T-mobile shop. Jan this year (09) dropped my phone down the loo and made a claim. Easy! Received new phone which wouldnt switch on. Phoned fonesafe, very arrogant, dont listen to you, talk over the top of you. I cant afford to be with out a mobile - or I wouldnt have one!!
They refused to send another out until they receive the faulty one back. Complied. Received another which re-booted if I tried to receive voicemail. Anyway, without borning you to death, I'm on my 5th handset. They did finally agree to give me a different make aknowledging they couldn't get me a NEW Nokia N95. The new handet (LG Viewty) battery lasts 2-3 hours even with minimal use.
Have spoken with TMobile who say Fonesafe are nothing to do with them, even though the TMobile logo is splashed all over their paperwork and it was sold through their store.
I'm cancelling my contract with TMobile on 7th April and will cancel contract with Fonesafe as my claim is fanalised. Absolutely appauled by TMobile and Fonesafe!
