We purchased new carpets late last year with Homeserve cover against stains etc.
Unfortunately there was an accident with coffee. After contacting Homeserve they said they had no record of us. Sorted that eventually which took two weeks.
By the time they got someone out to clean the carpet it was almost four weeks, this didn't work, have rang them back and they are waiting for the cleaning company's report (they own the cleaning company). It has been nearly two months and they still have not resolved the problem, never ring back when they say they do.
