I would not recommend pet plan for horses. They are very slow, my vet is chasing me for money, even though I had the op cleared in advance. They are really bad at exclusions, and not straight forward, they wont pay half nursing fees or half livery fees while in hospital, I dont know if they expect you to bring the horse round and take it straight home but I thought this was a vital part of operation!
