Have had a policy with Direct Line for several years now and always found them very helpful and no other company can touch them with regard to their prices.
Good website when getting a quote and they give good discounts for having other policies with them or other members of the family having a policy also. Haven't made a claim for a long time, don't think there were any problems. Have recommended them to friends who have found them cheaper than their current insurers.
