Review of IbuyEco Comprehensive Motor Insurance

Warning: Avoid Ibuyeco to avoid being stressed out, dissatisfied and frustrated. I've experienced all these dealing with this insurance company. Customer service is terrible; they follow a procedure that only works on Ibuyeco's advantage.

I've spoken to their customer service staff many times and every time, I've been let down. This company has taken some money out of my bank through direct debit and I DID NOT authorise it. In fact, after previous correspondence, I beieved my insurance policy has not been renewed. I have written to inform them I do not wish to renew my contract with them but they sent me a contract and had started taking money out of my account.
