From my experience and reading all the other scathing reviews here - Coverheat are essentially taking people's money in exchange for zero service.
I called them 2 weeks ago as my boiler had broken down and was told someone "might be able to come out to repair it within the next week". I explained I had a young baby in the house and could not be without hot water for even a day and have since not heard anything from them - I have tried to call them day and night for 2 weeks only to get a faulty sounding answer phone message that jumps/repeats itself and doesnt progress you in the call queue system.
