I would not recommend this company to anyone! If I had a choice I would not have gone through them.

I had a brand new phone stolen from my handbag and they are refusing to pay my claim. They're clawing onto anything they can not to pay out any money and the reasons they are giving do not make any sense. There is no helpline and you have to correspond via email or post and have no way of putting your point (or fury!) across.

I'm in the process of disputing their refusal to pay on the basis that I did not report my phone as lost within the correct time. The problem I had is that the local police station is only manned during certain periods and is invaribly on a/machine. I tried calling several times & eventually got a call back. I phoned Lifeline with my lost property ref, they are now saying it took too long - what am I supposed to do phone 999?
