We called Homeserve because our boiler stops giving us Hot water, the engineer come out, a day later.

He didn't really know what was wrong with the boiler, but ordered some parts, this was a day before Good Friday, which meant that we had no hot water all over Easter.

On the tuesday, we chased up the company called Storm to find out when they would be fitting the new part, and was told Saturday. Which meant another 4 days without hot water.

On the Friday an engineer called to say they wanted to fit the part, we were not at home as we had already booked the engineer for Saturday. After telephoning Storm to say it is already booked for Saturday, they said see you tomorrow.

Saturday and no engineer, after a telephone call to Storm who say nothing was booked in and the engineer is not working this weekend, we are still without hot water.

Telephone call to Homeserve, who say that nothing is booked in on their computer, which just goes to show how good they are, the first call was all they have booked in on the 9th April and it is now the 18 April with no hot water.

I am very angry, the service is terrible, and all I have is some one telling me not to argue!!! and that they are very sorry...

What a waste of money...

No wonder this country is going down the pan, what ever happened to good customer service and trying to ensure that the customer was up and running straight away.

I can't believe that in 2009 you have to wait 3 weeks to get your boiler working, especially as it is only 3 years old.
