I made a claim, it took 4/5 letters and emails to get hold of a claims form.
Over a period of 4/5 weeks, after submiting the claims form, we had many letters from E&L asking questions that could have easily been set out in the original cliams form (more time delaying). The claim was eventually paid around 4 / 5 months after submission.
I also had another pet insured by E&L, she died (not subject to an impending claim). I wrote to E&L to advise them she had passed away and to refund any monies due. No reply, wrote again recorded delivery still no reply, not even "sorry to hear of the loss of your animal".
