A third party crashed into the back of my car on 6th March 2009 and admitted liability. I reported the accident to More Than.
Today, it's 25th April and they've done nothing about the claim. I have telephoned on 12 occasions but keep getting transferred from one department in India to another somewhere in the UK. I have written 2 letters of complaint but had no response.
They were happy to take my premium but their service is non-existent. I am now going to complain to the Insurance Ombudsman. Now, I wish I had stayed with my previous insurers, Direct Line.
