Six weeks ago I damaged my phone beyond economical repair. I contacted Lifestyle Services Group and started on what can only be described as the path to hell. After eight days and four calls to an 0845 number they sent me another damaged phone, this they said was a white box replacement. It was in worse condition than the one I sent them to be repaired, so I sent that back and filled all the same paperwork in again.
Six days and three calls to the 0845 number and they said, "we stock that phone", it's a nokia N95, the second or third best selling phone in the UK for two years so that was just an excuse not to replace it. I eventually settled for cash, which was not enough but I was getting fed up of waiting. Eleven days and two calls to the 0845 number and still waiting.
