Dreadful service. I am waiting for payment from them at this moment that they have tried to wiggle out of.
As soon as i recieve it i shall be cancelling and going with another company.
They are difficult to get hold of and whilst if you do manage to speak to someone on the phone, they are polite and try to help yet they aren't the ones processing the actual claim.
I managed to speak to someone today who told me that there is a payment in the system but that she can't tell me when I will get it. It is £30 short of what we should have got but I can't be bothered to chase.
As soon as payment comes we will cancel with them as this has been going on for 3 months. Also, they have sent a letter out saying should my dog get the illness again he won't be covered.
