Customer Review Comments:
My bike renewal quote was £306, I checked all my details a few days before renewal, it said the quote was valid for 14 days. Less than 7 days later (the day after expiry) I tried to renew, but the price had gone up to £338.

I emailed ebike and said that I would renew at £306, they emailed back and said that as I had not renewed on time, they were recalculating the premuim. They would not budge.

I looked around, found TheBikeInsurer and renewed at £176 with Hastings. The cheapest was £125 but the policy terms were not as good.

So, if you are thinking of going with ebike, it pays to look around !

Good Points: Easy to use good web site
Bad Points: Expensive and don't reward customer loyalty
