My dog got kennel cough in February and the vet bill was £350 so I made a claim. E&L said they would pay me but I'm still waiting, I phone at least twice a week and they tell me the same thing - that I'm in the queue to be paid.

I've just phoned again and have now cancelled, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Similar story to yours, no reply to phone calls and emails, and no payment. Have now gone to Insurance Ombudsman and made official complaint, they now have to respond in 8 weeks.........we shall see.

Same thing has happened to me. My dog had an op in March and E & L tell me the claim has been approved and a cheque is being processed. Just not getting anywhere with them and as I am waiting for nearly £600.00, I cant afford to give up! Any advice?
