Flooded in March - given an action list and told property would be dry beginning of April... Nothing.... constant phone calls from us they decide asbestos issues. Again constant phone calls from us..... told on the Monday night we would have to leave our house on the Wednesday for a month not the specified 24 hours!
Told to pack - they couldn't find us a house so we had to do it - absolute nightmare. Left answer phones on constantly, they made out they were trying to help but actually they have so many contractors involved nobody knows what is going on.
Eventually told "it is our job to sort out accommodation" so why do we pay insurance? Three months later no carpet, no ceiling in kitchen every room messed up and they have done nothing except get messy asbestos people in, stress us out and PUT OUR PREMIUMS UP!!! Rubbish.
