I switched to this plan from the dental plan as I needed less dental cover. They continued to take money for the dental plan which I had explained I wished to stop.
When I raised this after realising they were continuing to take a monthly direct debit, they decided not to refund me based only on incomplete telephone tapes and did not listen to my clear explanation. It was a time-consuming process and after conversations and conversations with two departments, I gave up as life is too short, and opted to cancel the policy.
