I am disgusted with the service provided by this insurance company and wanted to make other people aware.
I thought I was getting a good deal when changing to Swiftcover, but as they say you pay for what you get. Being the cheapest quote meaning I got a useless unreliable company. Being misfortunate enough to have had my car stolen while at the beach, they refused my claim as it seems I am not considered a victim of crime but was my own fault!! Would warn everyone away from this company!
