When I called for help they cut me off after an automated message and being on hold for 3 minutes.
Then they agreed to call back but didn't reply for 20 mins. Then I called again and their computer was down so couldn't find my breakdown policy details. Then finally, 45 mins later, they agreed to request assistance through a local garage within 30 mins but this help arrived 44 mins later. They did follow up with a call to ask if I had been helped, but other than that the most useless breakdown service I've come accross.
