I recently took out insurance cover with the AA and had to make a minor change to policy.
They charged a £25 admin charge, were completely unwilling to budge and were totally unsympathetic. I would not recommend them for good customer service. Hard to get on the phone too. I wrote them a letter and we'll see how quickly they respond to that!!
