Very disappointing service. Got a cheap quote with them and shortly after the policy started they rang me to say they would be wanting an extra £130 for windscreen chip repairs on the previous policy.
I cancelled the policy, and had to chase them very hard to make sure it got cancelled, as if the policy runs 14 days they take a large lump of the premium. They seemed to drag the cancellation process out so they could pocket a large lump of the premium, but I did not let them.
I personaly would not re-insure with Gladiator.
