I have claimed twice whilst insured with Tesco. On both occasions they have been very helpful, got my car repaired quickly and kept me updated via letter and telephone.
Last year their renewal quote was much higher than other quotes but when I rang them they pretty much matched my lowest quote so don't always just renew without doing some research!
