Have just cancelled my insurance with E&L.
I rang them to amend my policy due to getting a new horse and I was told that they are unable to transfer the policy. I would have to cancel it and take out a fresh policy, even though I had two months left on the year I'd paid for. I'm apparantly not entitled to any refund!
They may be a little cheaper than most other companies but it would seem you get what you pay for!!
