What an awful experience.
I was insured with them. They advertised their differentiator as being one of the only companies to offer cover against theft out of a car where the clubs were in the car overnight.
DON'T BELIEVE IT! It happened to me. They have been fighting my claim, finding every tiny technicality they can try.
Golfplan were not the cheapest provider I could have gone with. In my opinion now, they did not justify their higher charges, as they did not provide the added service one would expect from a more expensive product.
When I tried to contact them about my claim - emails went unanswered. They are also a stricly 9-5 operation.
Very amateur, and a complete waste of my money.
