Saga rely on you being too lazy to change your policy and to renew with them.
Instead of this being deemed as loyalty to the company they increase without reason or warning by very large amounts assuming you will not notice.
I feel this is dreadful and needs pointing out as older people assume that once with Saga they will be treated fairly.
