I am a Barclays Premier customer and damaged my iPhone two weeks ago.
I lodged a claim with Lifestyle Services Group who provide the cover for Barclays. After waiting 5 days for a "claim form" to come out to me, I was then told that the phone would need to be sent for "assesment" which could take up to 10 days. I was told that the phone would be wiped of all content for security and if it could be fixed then it would be within 10-12 days.
I am a businessman and can't be without my mobile, but I was told no temporary replacement would be given and I would need to buy another phone whilst this was being dealt with if I was not happy.
Friendly people but rubbish policies.
