They took money (which I did not authorise) from my bank account putting me overdrawn and I have been waiting since September for them to repay it to no avail.

The best bit is... I dont even have car insurance with them!

I paid a small fee of £25 to be added to my partners car insurance for 1 week and it seems they overwrote his bank details with mine and 4 months later took his years premium from MY bank account!!!

Daily phonecalls and letters and I'm still having no joy getting my money back.

Their customer service is disgusting.
