Customer Review Comments:

Deliver a very poor service when it comes to making a settlement on your claim. On buying the policy I was informed settlement would take 4-6 weeks but one month later they still have not even looked at my claim.

Left with a large vet bill to settle with little or no help from E & L. Cheap monthly fees however deliver poor service when needed.
