I don't know where to start!
Phone lost last year 3 months later finally got a replacement after constant phoning & emailing. Same phone broke down at nearly 3 months old. As still under warranty, 2 months later received a new phone as they had lost original, replacement was dirty and battery had signs of water damage. Two months later phone broke again and sent in for repair after countless long phone calls of which customer service say they will return call with news, of course this never happens, emails are ignored totally.
I'm still waiting for the phone now nearly 2 months later, I'm paying a contract for a phone I don't have.
