We joined E-ON in 2011 so that we would have piece of mind with our boiler. An appiontment was made for a service, which was canceled by them, this happened twice.
When the Engineer finally came, he messed about for a bit and said the boiler was fine. After this the boiler started to play up, striaght away, plenty of hot water but rads would only come on once you had run the tap.
Called E-ON and they made an appointment for engineer, I had to cancel this appiontment as I had a hospital appointment as I have a bad chest and am awaiting hopefully good news.
On the morning the engineer came out I had hot water and heating, by the time he left I had no heating or hot water and a boiler that was leaking water. He told us that an appiontment had been made for monday and boiler would be fixed. I rang E-ON to confirm this which they did, as I hung that phone up, my wifes mobile started to ring, and it was E-ON to say they would not be out on monday after all as parts needed ordering.
I have rang E-ON every day (5 days now) and still getting the run around. We had snow this weekend, I'm waiting to find out if I have cancer and E-ON have left us with no heating or hot water.
I wish I had never took this cover as before I did I had a prefect working boiler.
