Have full cover at £25.50 per month, when my wife was contacted and encouraged to have this cover we thought we could forget about any issues that may arise.
One of our radiators began leaking (badly) which left me stopping the water in the header tank and draining the central heating system, the valve on the radiator didn't shut off the water feed so had to drain the system. Called eon on the Friday night, they informed me all the engineer would do is the same as what I had done anyway. An engineer called 2 days later (no hot water or heating -1 outside) and before he even assessed the damage he said "more bad news I'm afraid, you'll have to pay for the radiator to be repiped" I trold him I pay for the full monty and he shrugged his shoulders and said "obsolete parts mate" in a very strong Stoke accent. He drummed up a quote of £140.00 for a 4' piece of 8mm pipe and said thats what it will cost. 4 days and 6 phone calls later we are still no further forward. Do not take this cover out as it only covers certain things and I'll bet whatever goes wrong they wont be covering it.
