Customer Review Comments:
My dog developed a tumour September 2011 on her right rear hindquarters. This was successfully removed 15 September 2011. She is now fit and well.
My claim for this procedure was denied because a vetenary nurse (Sam Hooper) decided that a fatty lump (possible Lipoma) was found on my dogs front right hand side on 18 December 2006. Five years before her tumour was diagnosed. These Lipomas are benign and do not turn into tumours, ever. Because I did not realise I had to mention this my claim was regarded as fraudulent. Payout was subsequently refused. I have cancelled my policy and will be telling all my friends and relatives about the disgraceful way I was treated.
