Disgusted that after paying insurance for a whopping 8 years amounting to literally hundreds of pounds. I needed to claim and it was only then I was informed that I had to pay the whole years insurance premium to qualify for a replacement product...amounting to a total of £110.76 and this to get a machine that is valued at £110 less than the machine being replaced.
I cannot have a settlement of the difference between what they owe me and what they want from me..so I can't get a new machine anyway. If I had the £110 in the first place, on demand would I ever have bothered insuring the machine..as I can replace it for less than £200 anyway.
My advice...make sure you claim at the end of the period of insurance and not at the start!!!
