I booked a travel insurance policy with this company for a recent holiday. Unfortunately, whilst on holiday, a member of the party became seriously ill and passed away.
Since returning home and making a claim on the policy, I have had nothing but problems, unanswered phone calls, no reply to emails, promises to call back unfulfilled and so on. The so-called customer services department at goodtogo have been less than helpful, only suggesting that I call the claims handlers, One Claims, which is pretty pointless as they are the people who I can't contact!
It has now been 4 weeks since submitting the claim, and I am no closer to getting this settled than ever.
