Customer Review Comments:
The only positive I can say is it's a cheap policy and it does what it says on the packet.
October I changed banks, and called their helpdesk to make sure they were informed of a change in direct debit instructions and was told everything was fine.
November I received a letter telling me I had cancelled my direct debit so they would be cancelling my policy. I called and was told a second time that everything was fine, not to worrry.
December I received another letter, they had raised the amount they wanted repaid and threatened me with a CCJ an extra £100 charge and the destruction of my credit reference.
I called customer service, I explained the situation from my perspective, they had no interest in coming to any sort of resolution at all, company policy, company policy, company policy, customer service not part of the policy.
January I paid em off, ironically with a visa card from the account I tried to get them to transfer my direct debit to.
Now they are telling me they have no records of any of my calls (called on a mobile so I have an itemised bill!) and the cancellation was because I failed to contact them
at any stage.
