Having had many years cover with Homeserve, the very first time I have needed their assistance (for a faulty boiler), I am very seriously dissatisfied with the service so far.
Contacted them 12 days ago as we have no hot water/heating, and paid the £50 excess, but waited almost 48 hours before an engineer called. He made his report regarding the fault and I am still waiting to hear from Homeserve as to whether it can be fixed. I have phoned them on several occasions, but until the claims department have made a decision on my repair, nothing is happening!!!!!
Waste of time and money and would not recommend Homeserve.
