Customer Review Comments:
Having used this company for 14 years with no problems I am very disappointed that my latest claim has not been dealt with. In fact it has been ignored.

Phone calls about claims have to be paid for and are queued. After several attempts and long delays I gave up.

Emails are acknowledged but not answered.

I would not now recommend this company to any pet owners.

C. Durham

I took out and paid for (nearly 30 per mth) a high level of all round cover for my pup when it was 3 mths old. Completely unforseen, I had to claim within the first year. On the renewal I found the premium went up by some 30% to 39.50 per mth, the vets fees contribution from 0% to 30% and the excess from 0 to 75. Seems if you dare to claim they just write a big fat pay cheque back to themselves for the future!! Seeing as how my claim was for an unforseen 'one off' I really don't think I will benefit from Pet Protect in the future - I might as just well move to a different provider at 12-15 per month
